🍰 Crispy Quark Balls from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 250 g quark
- 250 g Flour
- 2 Egg(s)
- 2 packet Vanilla Sugar
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 2 tbsp Butter (melted)
- 3 tbsp Cinnamon Sugar (or Sugar)
Instructions
- 1. Place the quark into a large bowl.
- 2. Stir the eggs into the quark until the mixture is creamy.
- 3. Add the vanilla sugar, flour, and baking powder.
- 4. Mix everything into a uniform dough.
- 5. Note that the dough remains quite sticky.
- 6. Scoop out 14 balls from the dough.
- 7. Use an ice cream scoop and your hands for this.
- 8. Slightly wet your hands or dust them with flour so the dough does not stick.
- 9. Preheat the air fryer to 185 °C.
- 10. Place a piece of baking paper in the cooking basket.
- 11. Make sure not to overfill the cooking basket.
- 12. Bake the balls for 13 minutes at 185 °C.
- 13. Turn the balls over after 8 minutes.
- 14. If necessary, bake the balls in two batches.
- 15. Roll the warm quark balls in melted butter.
- 16. Then roll them in sugar or cinnamon sugar.
