Ingredients
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 small onion(s)
- 1 egg(s)
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop the onions.
- 2. Mix all ingredients thoroughly until a uniform dough forms.
- 3. Shape the mixture into about 18 small meatballs.
- 4. Place the meatballs into the basket of the air fryer.
- 5. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C and cook the meatballs for approx. 20 minutes until fully cooked and crispy on the outside.
