🍝 Crispy Gnocchi with Mushrooms and Fresh Basil

Ingredients
- 1 packet HENGLEIN Pan Gnocchi (500g)
- 250 g brown mushrooms
- 1 clove garlic
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 0.5 bunch basil (fresh)
- 30 g pine nuts
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- 1. Heat a pan over medium heat.
- 2. Add the pine nuts to the dry pan.
- 3. Toast the pine nuts for five minutes until they are golden brown.
- 4. Remove the pine nuts from the pan and set them aside.
- 5. Add three tablespoons of olive oil to the same pan.
- 6. Fry the gnocchi in the oil for ten minutes until golden brown.
- 7. Turn the gnocchi occasionally while frying.
- 8. Remove the gnocchi from the pan and set them aside.
- 9. Clean the mushrooms with a cloth.
- 10. Halve the mushrooms.
- 11. Peel the garlic.
- 12. Finely chop the garlic.
- 13. Add the halved mushrooms to the pan.
- 14. Add the chopped garlic to the pan.
- 15. Add the remaining three tablespoons of olive oil to the pan.
- 16. Sauté the mushrooms and garlic for ten minutes.
- 17. Return the prepared gnocchi to the pan.
- 18. Season the dish to taste with salt.
- 19. Season the dish to taste with pepper.
- 20. Garnish the dish with fresh basil.
- 21. Sprinkle the toasted pine nuts over the dish.
- 22. Enjoy the finished dish.
