Ingredients
- 400 g gnocchi
- 40 g parmesan
- 2 tbsp oil
- 100 ml pesto
- herbs (fresh)
- garlic granules
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Place the gnocchi into a large bowl.
- 2. Add your favorite spices and fresh herbs.
- 3. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
- 4. Mix everything well until the gnocchi are evenly coated.
- 5. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
- 6. Place the gnocchi into the air fryer basket.
- 7. Cook the gnocchi for 14 minutes at 180 °C.
- 8. Shake the basket halfway through to ensure even crispiness.
- 9. Remove the gnocchi from the air fryer when they are golden brown.
- 10. Serve the hot gnocchi with pesto for dipping.
