🍽️ Crispy Bratwurst with Zucchini, Tomatoes, and Feta from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 2 Fried Sausages
- 1 small Zucchini
- 8 Cocktail Tomatoes
- 0.5 Pack. Feta Cheese (approx. 100 g)
- 1 Onion(s)
- 2 Garlic Clove(s)
- 1 tsp Broth, granulated
- 1 Splash Water
- 1 tbsp Oil (e.g. Rapeseed Oil)
- Herbs of Provence (dried)
- Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Slice the bratwursts into thick rounds.
- 2. Place the sausage slices and the oil into the basket of the air fryer.
- 3. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C and fry the sausages for 5 minutes until crispy.
- 4. While waiting, chop the onion and garlic cloves into coarse pieces.
- 5. Add the onion and garlic to the sausage in the air fryer.
- 6. Stir everything well and cook the mixture for another 5 minutes at 180 °C.
- 7. Deglaze the mixture with a splash of water.
- 8. Stir in the bouillon cubes.
- 9. Season with Herbs de Provence, salt, and pepper to taste.
- 10. Cut the zucchini into coarse chunks and add them to the mix.
- 11. Stir everything and cook the zucchini for 5 minutes at 180 °C until it is still slightly firm.
- 12. Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the dish.
- 13. Cook the tomatoes for another 5 minutes at 180 °C.
- 14. Cut the feta cheese into small cubes.
- 15. Place the feta cubes on top of the vegetables.
- 16. Let the cheese melt for about 5 minutes at 180 °C.
- 17. Serve the light and delicious dish hot.
