  4. 4. Add the liquid mixture to the dry ingredients and whisk with a whisk until a smooth batter forms.
  5. 5. Let the batter rest briefly to help it bind better.
  6. 6. Roughly chop the well-chilled chocolate.
  7. 7. Hull the strawberries and cut them into large pieces or quarters.
  8. 8. Gently fold two-thirds of the strawberries and the chocolate pieces into the batter.
  9. 9. Distribute the batter using a large spoon into 12 muffin cups.
  10. 10. Distribute the remaining strawberries on top of the muffins.
  11. 11. Preheat the air fryer to 160 °C and bake the muffins for 20 minutes until crispy.
