  3. 3. Mix the spices, dried yeast, and oil in a large bowl.
  4. 4. Mix flour and water to form a very liquid batter.
  5. 5. Ensure the batter has a consistency similar to buttermilk.
  6. 6. Coat the chicken pieces in the liquid batter.
  7. 7. Take the wet pieces immediately and roll them in the spice mixture.
  8. 8. Dip the spiced pieces briefly back into the batter.
  9. 9. Place the chicken pieces on a wire rack without baking paper.
  10. 10. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C.
  11. 11. Cook the chicken pieces in the basket for 25 minutes.
  12. 12. Turn the pieces once after about 12 minutes.
  13. 13. Serve the chicken with Cole Slaw and potato wedges.
