🍰 Crispy Coconut Macaroons from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 2 tube/s condensed milk, sweetened (or 1 can)
- 200 g coconut flakes
- 26 baking wafers (5 cm diameter)
Instructions
- 1. Mix the sweetened condensed milk and the coconut flakes thoroughly in a bowl.
- 2. Let the coconut mixture rest for about 1 hour so it binds well.
- 3. Preheat the air fryer to 150 °C.
- 4. Take small mounds of the mixture with a teaspoon and place them on baking wafers.
- 5. Place the wafers with the macaroons on baking paper into the basket of the air fryer.
- 6. Cook the macaroons for 10 minutes at 150 °C in the air fryer.
- 7. Optional: Melt dark chocolate and drizzle or cover the finished macaroons with it.
