Ingredients
- 1 pkg. tarte flambée dough
- 1 container crème fraîche
- 1 pear(s)
- 1 blue cheese (Bavaria blu)
- 1 onion(s), red
- 1 pkg. trout (smoked)
- some arugula
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- 1. Cut the Bavaria Blu cheese into small cubes.
- 2. Peel the onion and slice it into thin rings.
- 3. Cut the pear into thin wedges.
- 4. Trim the flatbread dough so that it fits into your air fryer.
- 5. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C.
- 6. Season the crème fraîche with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- 7. Spread the seasoned crème fraîche evenly over the flatbread dough.
- 8. Distribute the pear wedges, cheese cubes, and onion rings over the dough.
- 9. Cook the flatbread in the preheated air fryer at 200 °C for about 8 minutes, until golden brown.
- 10. Remove the flatbread from the air fryer.
- 11. Top the hot flatbread with fresh arugula.
- 12. Place the pieces of trout on top.
