🍽️ Grilled Mushroom Skewers

Ingredients
- 500 g mushrooms (fresh)
- 2 garlic clove(s)
- 100 ml olive oil
- 3 tbsp Ketjap Manis
- 3 tbsp Ketjap Asin
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp oregano
Instructions
- 1. Clean the mushrooms thoroughly.
- 2. Press the garlic and mix it well with all other ingredients for the marinade.
- 3. Pour the marinade into a sealable container, add the mushrooms, and close it. Shake the container several times to coat all mushrooms evenly. Let the mixture marinate overnight.
- 4. Drain the marinade, thread the mushrooms onto skewers, and grill them for about 10 minutes.
