  1. 1. Open the can of mandarin oranges and drain the fruit. Let them drain well so that no excess syrup remains in the batter.
  2. 2. Take all ingredients except the mandarins and mix them in a bowl until you have a smooth batter. Make sure no lumps remain.
  3. 3. Fill the cheesecake batter into muffin cups. Distribute it evenly, but do not fill the cups completely to the top.
  4. 4. Take the drained mandarins and place a piece or half a mandarin on top of each muffin as decoration.
  5. 5. Preheat your air fryer to 160 °C. Place the muffin cups inside and bake them for 20 minutes until they are crispy and cooked through.
