🍰 Fluffy Cheesecake Muffins from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 250 g quark (40%)
- 100 g cream cheese
- 18 g vanilla pudding powder
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 can mandarin oranges
Instructions
- 1. Open the can of mandarin oranges and drain the fruit. Let them drain well so that no excess syrup remains in the batter.
- 2. Take all ingredients except the mandarins and mix them in a bowl until you have a smooth batter. Make sure no lumps remain.
- 3. Fill the cheesecake batter into muffin cups. Distribute it evenly, but do not fill the cups completely to the top.
- 4. Take the drained mandarins and place a piece or half a mandarin on top of each muffin as decoration.
- 5. Preheat your air fryer to 160 °C. Place the muffin cups inside and bake them for 20 minutes until they are crispy and cooked through.
