  1. 1. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
  2. 2. Mix the minced meat with the half chopped onion, the egg yolk, the breadcrumbs, the grated cheese, the mustard, pepper, salt, and cumin.
  3. 3. Form small balls from the meat mixture and thread them onto the skewers.
  4. 4. Cut your chosen vegetables (e.g., peppers, zucchini, onion rings, and garlic slices) into bite-sized pieces.
  5. 5. Place the vegetables in a baking dish, drizzle with olive oil, and season with herbs.
  6. 6. Let the seasoned vegetables rest for 30 minutes.
  7. 7. For the sauce, stir together the natural yogurt, the finely chopped garlic, and the chopped mint.
  8. 8. Season the yogurt sauce with salt, pepper, and optionally lemon juice, and let it rest for 30 minutes as well.
  9. 9. Place the meat skewers on top of the prepared vegetables in the baking dish.
  10. 10. Cook everything for 20 minutes at 180 °C in the air fryer.
  11. 11. Stir the vegetables once after 10 minutes to ensure even cooking.
