🍽️ Crispy Asian Chicken Thighs from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs (boneless, with skin)
- 3 tbsp soy sauce (light)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce (dark)
- 1 pinch pepper, white
- 1 tsp five-spice powder
- 1 tsp, leveled sugar
- 3 clove garlic (chopped)
Instructions
- 1. Put all the ingredients for the marinade into a large bowl.
- 2. Massage the marinade thoroughly into the chicken thighs.
- 3. Let the chicken thighs marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- 4. Preheat the air fryer to 190 °C.
- 5. Place the chicken thighs in the basket with the skin side facing up.
- 6. Cook the chicken thighs for about 20 minutes until the skin is crispy.
- 7. Remove the chicken thighs from the air fryer and serve them, for example, with stir-fried vegetables and rice.
