  3. 3. Slice the strawberries into thin slices.
  4. 4. Toast the pine nuts in a small pan without oil.
  5. 5. Remove the pine nuts from the pan immediately to prevent them from burning.
  6. 6. Set the toasted pine nuts aside.
  7. 7. Sauté the asparagus pieces in some butter in the same pan.
  8. 8. Place the flatbread dough on a piece of baking paper.
  9. 9. Place the baking paper with the dough onto the pizza tray of the air fryer.
  10. 10. Spread the crème fraîche evenly over the dough.
  11. 11. Season the crème fraîche with a pinch of salt.
  12. 12. Season the crème fraîche with a pinch of pepper.
  13. 13. Distribute the cooked asparagus pieces over the dough.
  14. 14. Place the shrimp on the flatbread.
  15. 15. Sprinkle the toasted pine nuts over the flatbread.
  16. 16. Distribute the spring onion rings over the flatbread.
  17. 17. Save a few green rings of the spring onion for later.
  18. 18. Preheat the air fryer to 190 °C.
  19. 19. Cook the flatbread in the preheated air fryer for 10 minutes at 190 °C.
  20. 20. Remove the flatbread from the air fryer.
  21. 21. Distribute the sliced strawberries over the hot flatbread.
  22. 22. Sprinkle the reserved green spring onion rings on top as decoration.
  23. 23. Serve the flatbread immediately and enjoy it with a glass of white wine.
