🍽️ Flatbread with Asparagus, Strawberries, and Shrimp from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Flammkuchen dough (from the refrigerated section)
- 1 tub crème fraîche (with herbs, 125 g)
- 4 stalks asparagus, green
- 10 shrimp (frozen)
- 2 strawberries
- 1 spring onion
- some pine nuts
- 1 tsp butter
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- 1. Cut the asparagus into bite-sized pieces.
- 2. Slice the spring onions into thin rings.
- 3. Slice the strawberries into thin slices.
- 4. Toast the pine nuts in a small pan without oil.
- 5. Remove the pine nuts from the pan immediately to prevent them from burning.
- 6. Set the toasted pine nuts aside.
- 7. Sauté the asparagus pieces in some butter in the same pan.
- 8. Place the flatbread dough on a piece of baking paper.
- 9. Place the baking paper with the dough onto the pizza tray of the air fryer.
- 10. Spread the crème fraîche evenly over the dough.
- 11. Season the crème fraîche with a pinch of salt.
- 12. Season the crème fraîche with a pinch of pepper.
- 13. Distribute the cooked asparagus pieces over the dough.
- 14. Place the shrimp on the flatbread.
- 15. Sprinkle the toasted pine nuts over the flatbread.
- 16. Distribute the spring onion rings over the flatbread.
- 17. Save a few green rings of the spring onion for later.
- 18. Preheat the air fryer to 190 °C.
- 19. Cook the flatbread in the preheated air fryer for 10 minutes at 190 °C.
- 20. Remove the flatbread from the air fryer.
- 21. Distribute the sliced strawberries over the hot flatbread.
- 22. Sprinkle the reserved green spring onion rings on top as decoration.
- 23. Serve the flatbread immediately and enjoy it with a glass of white wine.
