🍽️ Crispy Spiral Potatoes, Juicy Beef Fillet, and Asparagus from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 2 beef fillet steak(s) (approx. 200 g each)
- 2 medium-sized potatoes, waxy
- 10 stalks asparagus, green
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- to taste salt and pepper
- to taste paprika powder, smoked
- to taste garlic powder
- some butter for frying
- some pine nuts
Instructions
- 1. Do not peel the potatoes, but scrub them thoroughly clean.
- 2. Skewer a whole potato onto a long wooden or metal skewer.
- 3. Cut a spiral groove around the potato with a sharp knife until you are almost at the skewer.
- 4. Brush the spiral potato generously with olive oil.
- 5. Season the potato with a mixture of salt, smoked paprika powder, and garlic powder.
- 6. Cook the spiral potato in the air fryer at 160 °C for 20 minutes.
- 7. Keep the finished potatoes ready in the air fryer or a warm oven at 80 °C.
- 8. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C.
- 9. Fry the beef fillet steaks in the air fryer at 200 °C for 8 to 10 minutes.
- 10. Remove the steaks and immediately wrap them in aluminum foil to let them rest.
- 11. Roast the pine nuts in a dry pan without fat until they are fragrant.
- 12. Remove the roasted pine nuts from the pan and place them on a small plate.
- 13. Melt some butter in a pan.
- 14. Fry the prepared green asparagus in the butter for about 4 minutes.
- 15. Finally season the asparagus with salt and pepper.
- 16. Plate all the ingredients and serve the dish immediately.
