Ingredients
- 2 packs HENGLEIN Fresh Flammkuchen dough (each 280 g)
- 1 tbsp oil
- 500 g spinach (frozen)
- 250 g low-fat quark
- 2 egg(s)
- 1 clove garlic
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 75 g feta cheese
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius using hot air mode. Cut the pizza dough into twelve circles, each measuring 12 x 12 centimeters. Grease the muffin tin with cooking oil and press the dough circles firmly into the individual cups.
- 2. Allow the frozen spinach to thaw. Then, mix it thoroughly with the quark, eggs, grated garlic, and spices. Distribute one tablespoon of this mixture into each of the prepared dough cups.
- 3. Finally, crumble the feta cheese over the spinach filling. Bake the muffins for 15 to 20 minutes until they are golden brown.
