🍰 Apple Cake for the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 150 g flour
- 0.5 pkg. baking powder
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 4 tbsp oil
- 6 tbsp milk
- 1 egg
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 apple
Instructions
- 1. Wash the apple thoroughly.
- 2. Peel the apple and remove the core.
- 3. Cut the flesh into small cubes.
- 4. Mix all dough ingredients except the apples into a smooth batter.
- 5. Pour the batter into an 18cm springform pan or into muffin cups.
- 6. Distribute the apple pieces evenly over the batter.
- 7. Preheat the air fryer to 160 °C.
- 8. Bake the cake for 20 minutes at 160 °C.
- 9. Check for doneness by inserting a wooden skewer into the center to see if it comes out clean.
- 10. Remove the cake from the air fryer.
- 11. Place small butter flakes on the still hot surface.
- 12. Finally, dust the cake with powdered sugar.
