  1. 1. Peel the potatoes and wash them thoroughly.
  2. 2. Place the peeled potatoes in a bowl of water to prevent them from turning brown.
  3. 3. Cut the potatoes one by one into approx. 2 cm cubes.
  4. 4. Place the cut potato cubes back into the bowl of water.
  5. 5. Drain the water as soon as all potatoes are cut.
  6. 6. Dry the potato cubes on a clean kitchen towel.
  7. 7. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C.
  8. 8. Place the dried potato cubes into the air fryer without oil and without salt.
  9. 9. Select the French fries program and cook the potatoes for 30 minutes.
  10. 10. Heat one tablespoon of rapeseed oil in a large frying pan.
  11. 11. Add the pre-cooked potato cubes to the hot pan.
  12. 12. Toss the potatoes in the pan to distribute them evenly.
  13. 13. Season the potatoes with Herbs de Provence and sea salt.
