🍽️ Crispy Roast Potatoes from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 1 kg potatoes, mostly waxy
- 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
- sea salt
- herbs of Provence
Instructions
- 1. Peel the potatoes and wash them thoroughly.
- 2. Place the peeled potatoes in a bowl of water to prevent them from turning brown.
- 3. Cut the potatoes one by one into approx. 2 cm cubes.
- 4. Place the cut potato cubes back into the bowl of water.
- 5. Drain the water as soon as all potatoes are cut.
- 6. Dry the potato cubes on a clean kitchen towel.
- 7. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C.
- 8. Place the dried potato cubes into the air fryer without oil and without salt.
- 9. Select the French fries program and cook the potatoes for 30 minutes.
- 10. Heat one tablespoon of rapeseed oil in a large frying pan.
- 11. Add the pre-cooked potato cubes to the hot pan.
- 12. Toss the potatoes in the pan to distribute them evenly.
- 13. Season the potatoes with Herbs de Provence and sea salt.
