Ingredients
- 1 pork knuckle(s)
- 2 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp pepper
- as needed beer
Instructions
- 1. Score the skin of the pork knuckle in several places with a sharp knife.
- 2. Mix pepper and salt in a small bowl until well combined.
- 3. Rub the pork knuckle all over with the spice mixture.
- 4. Place the knuckle in the basket of the air fryer.
- 5. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C and cook the knuckle for 60 minutes.
- 6. After 60 minutes, pour beer or water over the knuckle.
- 7. Continue cooking the knuckle at 180 °C for another 30 minutes.
