Ingredients
- 400 g minced meat
- 1 can tuna in its own juice
- 1 onion(s) (diced)
- 1 clove(s) garlic (minced)
- salt and pepper
- to taste herbs
- 1 tbsp mustard
Instructions
- 1. Take a large bowl and add all the ingredients.
- 2. Mix the ingredients well with your hands until you have a uniform mixture.
- 3. Season the mixture with salt and pepper and adjust the seasoning to your taste.
- 4. Shape the mixture into small, manageable meatballs.
- 5. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
- 6. Place the meatballs in the cooking basket of the air fryer.
- 7. Cook the meatballs for about 15 minutes at 180 °C until they are golden brown and crispy.
- 8. Check the cooking time, as it may vary slightly depending on the size of the meatballs.
