  1. 1. Mix the flour with the yeast and salt in a large bowl.
  2. 2. Pour in the water and the lukewarm milk.
  3. 3. Stir everything together until you have a smooth dough.
  4. 4. Cover the bowl with a cloth.
  5. 5. Let the dough rise for one hour in a warm place.
  6. 6. Dust your hands with a little flour.
  7. 7. Divide the dough into two equal pieces.
  8. 8. Shape one piece of dough into an elongated, flat shape.
  9. 9. Place the dough piece on a sheet of baking paper.
  10. 10. Preheat the air fryer to 185 °C.
  11. 11. Cook the Langosch for 15 minutes at 185 °C in the air fryer.
  12. 12. Mix the light cream with the herbs and a pinch of salt.
  13. 13. Cut the cooked ham into thin strips.
  14. 14. Take the baked Langosch out of the air fryer.
  15. 15. Let it cool down for just a very short time.
  16. 16. Spread the herb cream over the surface of the Langosch.
  17. 17. Place the ham strips on top of the cream.
  18. 18. Serve the Langosch immediately while warm.
  19. 19. Repeat steps 8 to 18 with the second piece of dough.
