  1. 1. Add all spices to sesame oil and butter in a pot. Sauté them briefly and let the flavors infuse for 10 minutes.
  2. 2. Boil the cauliflower in salted water for about 15 minutes until it is al dente (firm to the bite). Brush the still warm cauliflower with the spice oil and bake it at 160 degrees convection for about 30 minutes.
