Ingredients
- 1 pineapple
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- chili flakes
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- 2. Cut the unpeeled pineapple with the green leaves lengthwise into two halves.
- 3. Cut each of the two halves lengthwise into four wedges.
- 4. Rub the fruit of both halves with olive oil.
- 5. Season the pineapple with salt.
- 6. Place the pineapple on a baking sheet.
- 7. Slide the tray into the preheated oven.
- 8. Bake the pineapple for 20 minutes.
- 9. Take the pineapple out of the oven and arrange the wedges on a plate.
- 10. Sprinkle chili flakes over the finished pineapple.
