🍽️ The Perfect Airfryer Bread

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp salt
- 350 g wheat flour
- 150 g rye flour
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 pinch(es) sugar
- 250 ml water, lukewarm
- 150 g yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- some flour (for dusting)
Instructions
- 1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until a homogeneous dough forms.
- 2. Cover the bowl and let the dough rest for at least 2 hours.
- 3. Gently place the dough into your Airfryer baking pan. Do not knead it again.
- 4. Lightly dust the surface of the bread with flour.
- 5. Use a sharp knife to cut a pattern or a slit into the bread crust.
- 6. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C and bake the bread until crispy for 30 minutes.
