  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Heat one tablespoon of sesame oil in a large frying pan.
  3. 3. Cut the vegetables into small pieces.
  4. 4. Drain the sprouts.
  5. 5. Fry the mixed minced meat in the pan.
  6. 6. Cook the meat until it breaks into small crumbles.
  7. 7. Add the prepared vegetables to the pan.
  8. 8. Stir the meat and vegetable mixture well.
  9. 9. Sauté the filling for three minutes over high heat.
  10. 10. Season the mixture with chili flakes.
  11. 11. Salt and pepper the filling to taste.
  12. 12. Place the strudel pastry sheets upright on the work surface.
  13. 13. Spread about three tablespoons of the filling in the center of the lower part of a sheet.
  14. 14. Fold the sides of the pastry sheet towards the center.
