Ingredients
- 1 pkg. HENGLEIN Fresh Strudel Dough (300 g)
- 250 g Minced Meat (mixed)
- 1 Vegetable Onion(s)
- 2 Bell Pepper(s), red (and yellow)
- 200 g Snow Pea(s)
- 0.5 Jar Bean Sprouts
- 3 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tsp Chili Flakes
- Salt and Pepper (freshly ground)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Heat one tablespoon of sesame oil in a large frying pan.
- 3. Cut the vegetables into small pieces.
- 4. Drain the sprouts.
- 5. Fry the mixed minced meat in the pan.
- 6. Cook the meat until it breaks into small crumbles.
- 7. Add the prepared vegetables to the pan.
- 8. Stir the meat and vegetable mixture well.
- 9. Sauté the filling for three minutes over high heat.
- 10. Season the mixture with chili flakes.
- 11. Salt and pepper the filling to taste.
- 12. Place the strudel pastry sheets upright on the work surface.
- 13. Spread about three tablespoons of the filling in the center of the lower part of a sheet.
- 14. Fold the sides of the pastry sheet towards the center.
- 15. Carefully roll the pastry sheet from bottom to top.
- 16. Place the finished roll on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- 17. Repeat the filling and rolling process with the remaining sheets.
- 18. Brush the finished rolls with the remaining sesame oil.
- 19. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the rolls if desired.
- 20. Bake the spring rolls in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes on the middle rack.
