🍽️ Crunchy Oatmeal Sticks

Ingredients
- 150 g oats, fine
- 150 g quark
- 1 tsp, heaped sesame
- 1 egg(s)
- 50 ml milk
- 0.5 pkg. baking powder
- 0.5 tsp salt
- some milk (for brushing)
- n. B. sesame (and/or oats for sprinkling)
Instructions
- 1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until a uniform dough forms.
- 2. Lightly wet your hands with water to prevent sticking.
- 3. Divide the dough into eight equal portions.
- 4. Shape each portion into a small stick approximately 10 centimeters long and 3 centimeters wide.
- 5. Brush the surface of the sticks thinly with milk.
- 6. Sprinkle sesame seeds or additional oatmeal evenly over the top.
- 7. Preheat the air fryer to 170 °C and set the mode to Air Fry.
- 8. Place the sticks individually on baking paper, which you place on the crispers.
- 9. Cook the sticks for 10 minutes in the air fryer.
- 10. Check the browning after 10 minutes and remove them when golden brown if desired.
