  1. 1. Cut off the tough stems at the bottom of the Brussels sprouts.
  2. 2. Make a small cross-shaped cut into the base of each sprout.
  3. 3. Place the prepared Brussels sprouts into the air fryer basket.
  4. 4. Lightly spray the sprouts with some oil.
  5. 5. Preheat the air fryer to 170 °C and set the timer for 15 minutes.
  6. 6. Add the diced onions and ham pieces to the sprouts after 15 minutes.
  7. 7. Increase the temperature to 200 °C.
  8. 8. Cook the vegetables for another 8 to 10 minutes.
  9. 9. Shake the basket contents once halfway through.
  10. 10. Keep an eye on the sprouts to ensure they do not burn or turn too dark.
