🍽️ Crispy Brussels Sprouts with Ham and Onions from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 250 g Brussels sprouts (frozen)
- 0.25 onion(s)
- n. B. ham cubes
- n. B. salt and pepper
- n. B. nutmeg
- n. B. rapeseed oil (for spraying)
Instructions
- 1. Cut off the tough stems at the bottom of the Brussels sprouts.
- 2. Make a small cross-shaped cut into the base of each sprout.
- 3. Place the prepared Brussels sprouts into the air fryer basket.
- 4. Lightly spray the sprouts with some oil.
- 5. Preheat the air fryer to 170 °C and set the timer for 15 minutes.
- 6. Add the diced onions and ham pieces to the sprouts after 15 minutes.
- 7. Increase the temperature to 200 °C.
- 8. Cook the vegetables for another 8 to 10 minutes.
- 9. Shake the basket contents once halfway through.
- 10. Keep an eye on the sprouts to ensure they do not burn or turn too dark.
