Ingredients
- 0.25 bell pepper(s)
- 0.25 onion(s)
- 1 potatoes, mostly waxy
- 2 mushrooms
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- 1. Peel the onion and the potato.
- 2. Thoroughly wash the bell pepper and the mushrooms.
- 3. Cut the bell pepper, onion, and potato into bite-sized cubes.
- 4. Quarter the mushrooms.
- 5. Thread the vegetable pieces onto the skewers in an alternating pattern.
- 6. Lightly spray the skewers all around with olive oil.
- 7. Season the skewers with salt and pepper.
- 8. Place the skewers on the crisper plate of your air fryer.
- 9. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C and cook the skewers for 10 to 12 minutes.
- 10. Turn the skewers halfway through the cooking time so they brown evenly on all sides.
