  2. 2. Thoroughly wash the bell pepper and the mushrooms.
  3. 3. Cut the bell pepper, onion, and potato into bite-sized cubes.
  4. 4. Quarter the mushrooms.
  5. 5. Thread the vegetable pieces onto the skewers in an alternating pattern.
  6. 6. Lightly spray the skewers all around with olive oil.
  7. 7. Season the skewers with salt and pepper.
  8. 8. Place the skewers on the crisper plate of your air fryer.
  9. 9. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C and cook the skewers for 10 to 12 minutes.
  10. 10. Turn the skewers halfway through the cooking time so they brown evenly on all sides.
