  1. 1. Wash the Pak Choi and cut it into thin strips.
  2. 2. Peel the onion and dice it finely.
  3. 3. Peel the garlic clove and chop it finely.
  4. 4. Preheat both compartments of the air fryer without racks to 210 °C.
  5. 5. Add one teaspoon of sesame oil to each compartment.
  6. 6. Add half of the diced onions and half of the chopped garlic to each compartment.
  7. 7. Sauté the vegetables in the air fryer for 4 minutes at 210 °C.
  8. 8. Add the Pak Choi strips and half of the sesame seeds to each compartment.
  9. 9. Stir the vegetables once in between.
  10. 10. Cook the Mie noodles according to the package instructions.
  11. 11. Keep the noodles warm until the vegetables are done.
  12. 12. Distribute the cooked noodles evenly across both compartments of the air fryer.
  13. 13. Fry the noodles for 8 to 10 minutes in Air Crisp mode at 210 °C.
  14. 14. Turn the noodles once or twice during the cooking time.
  15. 15. Season the noodles with salt, pepper, and soy sauce to taste.
  16. 16. Sprinkle the finished noodles with remaining sesame seeds if desired.
