🍽️ Crispy Salmon on Creamy Savoy Cabbage

Ingredients
- 200 g salmon fillet(s)
- 1 clove of garlic
- 100 g yogurt (3.5% fat)
- 4 tbsp parmesan
- 200 g savoy cabbage
- 1 onion
- 100 ml cooking cream (15% fat content)
- 50 ml vegetable broth
- to taste salt and pepper
- to taste nutmeg
- to taste cayenne pepper
- paprika powder, sweet
Instructions
- 1. Pat the salmon fillets dry with kitchen paper.
- 2. Season one side of the salmon with salt, pepper, and pressed garlic.
- 3. Mix the yogurt with the grated parmesan.
- 4. Season the yogurt mixture with salt, cayenne pepper, and paprika powder.
- 5. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly over the seasoned side of the salmon.
- 6. Let the marinade sit on the fish for 1 hour.
- 7. Remove the tough stems from the savoy cabbage and slice the leaves into thin strips.
- 8. Peel the onion and dice it finely.
- 9. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C in „Roast“ mode.
- 10. Place a small piece of butter in the basket and close the drawer.
- 11. Cook the butter for 3 minutes until melted.
- 12. Add the savoy cabbage and onions to the hot butter.
- 13. Sauté the vegetables for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
- 14. Stir in the cooking cream and vegetable broth into the vegetables.
- 15. Season the sauce finally with salt, pepper, and a pinch of nutmeg.
- 16. Set the air fryer to 180 °C in „Roast“ mode.
- 17. Place the salmon fillets on top of the vegetables with the yogurt side facing up.
- 18. Cook the salmon for 20 minutes in the air fryer.
- 19. Serve the dish hot with pappardelle pasta.
