Ingredients
- 1 kg potatoes, mostly waxy
- 2 tbsp oil
- salt
Instructions
- 1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
- 2. Place the potato pieces in water for a short time.
- 3. Drain the water and pat the potatoes dry with a kitchen towel.
- 4. Toss the potatoes with oil and salt.
- 5. Place the potatoes in the air fryer and set the temperature to 200 °C.
- 6. Cook the potatoes until crispy for 30 minutes.
- 7. Turn the potatoes occasionally during the cooking time.
