Ingredients
- 1 bunch basil
- 30 g pine nuts (roasted)
- 30 g parmesan
- 1 clove garlic
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- 1. Put all ingredients into a blender or a mortar. Blend or grind them until fine. Then stir in the olive oil.
- 2. This recipe yields about 120 grams of pesto. This is enough for around 20 small crostini (toasted bread slices) or for 500 grams of pasta.
