  2. 2. Grease a 26-centimeter springform pan. Line the bottom with baking paper. Pour in the batter and bake the base in the preheated oven at 175 degrees Celsius top and bottom heat for 50 minutes.
  3. 3. The secret of this recipe is the 30-minute beating of the egg and sugar. This incorporates enough air into the mixture so that the base becomes really light and airy.
