🍽️ Crispy Rosemary Potatoes from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 1 kg small potatoes
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp paprika powder
- rosemary (chopped, fresh or dried)
- salt
Instructions
- 1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Dry the potatoes with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise.
- 4. Place the potato halves in a bowl.
- 5. Add the oil, paprika powder, and fresh rosemary.
- 6. Mix everything well until the potatoes are evenly seasoned.
- 7. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
- 8. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket.
- 9. Cook the potatoes for 10 minutes at 180 °C.
- 10. Shake the basket vigorously to turn the potatoes.
- 11. Cook the potatoes for another 10 minutes at 180 °C until crispy.
- 12. Season the finished potatoes with salt to taste.
