🍰 Quick Apple Cake from the Actifry

Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 3 medium-sized Apples
- 100 g Sugar
- 1 pkg. Vanilla Sugar
- 75 g Almonds, ground
- 1 vial Vanilla Flavor
- 70 g Butter, soft
- 150 g Flour
- 50 g Chocolate Flakes
- 0.5 pkg. Baking Powder
Instructions
- 1. Peel the apples.
- 2. Cut the apples into small cubes.
- 3. Beat the eggs and sugar with a mixer until frothy.
- 4. Add a few drops of vanilla flavoring.
- 5. Stir the butter into the egg mixture.
- 6. Add the ground almonds, flour, and baking powder.
- 7. Mix everything well with the mixer until you have a smooth batter.
- 8. Gently fold the apple cubes into the batter.
- 9. Fold a piece of baking paper in half.
- 10. Fold the paper in half again.
- 11. Cut off the pointed corner of the folded paper.
- 12. Unfold the paper and place it roundly in the Actifry pan.
- 13. Spread the batter evenly over the baking paper.
- 14. Preheat the Actifry to 170 °C.
- 15. Set the cooking time to 40 minutes.
- 16. After the time is up, check with a wooden skewer if the cake is firm inside.
- 17. Turn the finished cake out onto a cooling rack.
- 18. Carefully remove the baking paper.
- 19. Dust the cooled cake with powdered sugar if desired.
