  3. 3. Lift the dough edge about 1 to 2 cm high to form a small rim.
  4. 4. Wash the asparagus thoroughly.
  5. 5. Cut off the hard, woody ends of the asparagus spears.
  6. 6. Put crème fraîche, grated Parmesan, and eggs into a bowl.
  7. 7. Whisk the ingredients well together.
  8. 8. Season the mixture with pepper, salt, and a pinch of nutmeg.
  9. 9. Spread the cream evenly over the puff pastry base.
  10. 10. Place the prepared asparagus spears on the cream.
  11. 11. Distribute the goat cheese in thin slices or crumbled pieces over the asparagus.
  12. 12. Drizzle some olive oil and lemon juice over the tart.
  13. 13. Sprinkle a little more salt and pepper over it.
  14. 14. Place the tart on the middle rack in the oven.
  15. 15. Bake the tart for about 25 minutes.
