  1. 1. Lay the puff pastry flat on a work surface.
  2. 2. Spread the cream cheese evenly over the entire surface of the pastry.
  3. 3. Place the ham strips side by side on the cheese.
  4. 4. Sprinkle the cheese generously over the ham.
  5. 5. Add the herbs evenly on top.
  6. 6. Carefully roll the pastry tightly starting from one long side.
  7. 7. Cut the roll into 10 equal pieces.
  8. 8. Preheat the air fryer to 160 °C.
  9. 9. Place the snails one by one into the air fryer basket.
  10. 10. Cook the snails for 15 minutes at 160 °C.
  11. 11. Open the fryer after 7.5 minutes and turn the snails over.
  12. 12. Let the snails finish baking until they are golden brown.
