🍽️ Crispy Puff Pastry Snails from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 1 tub herb cream cheese (or any other variety you like)
- 1 bag Emmental (grated, or any other variety)
- 1 pack ham (to taste)
- herbs, Italian
Instructions
- 1. Lay the puff pastry flat on a work surface.
- 2. Spread the cream cheese evenly over the entire surface of the pastry.
- 3. Place the ham strips side by side on the cheese.
- 4. Sprinkle the cheese generously over the ham.
- 5. Add the herbs evenly on top.
- 6. Carefully roll the pastry tightly starting from one long side.
- 7. Cut the roll into 10 equal pieces.
- 8. Preheat the air fryer to 160 °C.
- 9. Place the snails one by one into the air fryer basket.
- 10. Cook the snails for 15 minutes at 160 °C.
- 11. Open the fryer after 7.5 minutes and turn the snails over.
- 12. Let the snails finish baking until they are golden brown.
