🍰 Fluffy Chocolate Muffins from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 1 pck. baking powder
- 0.5 tsp baking soda
- 1 egg
- 125 g sugar
- 1 pck. vanilla sugar
- 80 ml vegetable oil
- 500 ml buttermilk
- 100 g chocolate chips
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the air fryer to 170 °C.
- 2. Mix the first three dry ingredients well in a bowl.
- 3. Beat the egg lightly with a fork or a whisk.
- 4. Stir in all remaining ingredients except the chocolate chips into the egg.
- 5. Add the flour mixture to the liquid mixture and stir only until the dry ingredients are just moist.
- 6. Do not worry about small lumps in the batter, they do not affect the result.
- 7. Fill the muffin molds (e.g., silicone) only halfway with the batter.
- 8. Press a few chocolate chips into the center of the batter in each mold.
- 9. Fill the molds with the remaining batter.
- 10. Place the molds in the air fryer and bake the muffins at 170 °C for approx. 20 minutes.
- 11. Let the muffins cool in the air fryer until they are almost completely cold.
- 12. Carefully remove the finished muffins from the molds.
- 13. Decorate the muffins to your liking and enjoy them.
