  1. 1. Wash the sweet potatoes thoroughly and dry them with a kitchen towel.
  2. 2. Cut off the ends of the sweet potatoes.
  3. 3. Slice the sweet potatoes into very thin rounds.
  4. 4. Use a bread slicer, a vegetable peeler, or a sharp knife for this.
  5. 5. Place the slices into a large bowl.
  6. 6. Drizzle one full tablespoon of olive oil over the slices.
  7. 7. Sprinkle sea salt and paprika powder over them.
  8. 8. Mix everything well so that all slices are evenly seasoned.
  9. 9. Place the seasoned slices into the lower cooking basket of the Actifry.
  10. 10. Set the cooking time of the Actifry to 30 minutes.
  11. 11. Check the chips after about 25 minutes, as they may be done faster depending on the device and slice thickness.
  12. 12. Remove the chips when they are crispy, but do not let them burn.
  13. 13. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  14. 14. Spread the hot chips on the tray to let them cool down.
  15. 15. Let the chips cool completely so they become properly crispy.
