Ingredients
- 200 g coconut flakes
- 1 pkt. powdered sugar
- 1 pck. marzipan raw mass
- 2 tbsp rum
- 5 egg whites
- 0.5 lemon(s), juice from ()
Instructions
- 1. Break the marzipan into small pieces and mix it thoroughly with the remaining ingredients. It is best to use an electric hand mixer for this.
- 2. Use a spoon to place small mounds on a greased baking sheet. Make sure the mounds are not too close together, as they will grow slightly larger while baking. Bake the macaroons for 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
