  1. 1. Prepare three muffin molds (preferably silicone). Place two slices of bacon in each mold. Arrange them in a cross shape so the ends hang over the edges.
  2. 2. Whisk the eggs in a separate bowl. Season them to your taste and stir in the cheese.
  3. 3. Carefully pour the egg and cheese mixture into the prepared muffin molds.
  4. 4. Pull the overhanging bacon edges over the egg mixture so they cover it partially.
  5. 5. Preheat the air fryer to 165 °C. Place the molds inside and cook the muffins for 10 minutes until crispy.
  6. 6. Remove the molds carefully as they are very hot. Let them cool slightly before removing the muffins.
