🍽️ Crispy Bacon Egg Muffins from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 2 large egg(s)
- 6 slice/s Bacon
- 6 tbsp cheese, grated (amount to your liking)
- Spice(s) (to taste)
Instructions
- 1. Prepare three muffin molds (preferably silicone). Place two slices of bacon in each mold. Arrange them in a cross shape so the ends hang over the edges.
- 2. Whisk the eggs in a separate bowl. Season them to your taste and stir in the cheese.
- 3. Carefully pour the egg and cheese mixture into the prepared muffin molds.
- 4. Pull the overhanging bacon edges over the egg mixture so they cover it partially.
- 5. Preheat the air fryer to 165 °C. Place the molds inside and cook the muffins for 10 minutes until crispy.
- 6. Remove the molds carefully as they are very hot. Let them cool slightly before removing the muffins.
