Ingredients
- 250 g Margarine
- 250 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla Sugar
- 5 Egg(s)
- 250 g Flour
- 0.5 packet Baking Powder
- 1 Liter Milk
- 2 packet Vanilla Pudding Powder
- 100 g Sugar
- 2 container Sour Cream
- 2 can Peach(es)
- 2 packet Cake Glaze
- some Sugar
- to taste Peach Juice
Instructions
- 1. Mix margarine, sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, flour, and baking powder into a smooth dough. Spread the dough evenly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 2. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat. Bake the dough base for 10 to 15 minutes.
- 3. Cook a vanilla pudding with milk, sugar, and pudding powder according to the package instructions. Let it cool, then stir in sour cream and spread the cream over the pre-baked cake base.
- 4. Drain both cans of peaches well. Catch some of the juice to use later for the glaze.
- 5. Place the peaches with the cut side facing down on the cake. Bake everything for another 10 to 15 minutes in the hot oven.
- 6. Prepare a cake glaze according to the package instructions. Spread it over the cooled cake.
