  1. 1. Rinse the chicken breast under cold water and pat it dry with a kitchen towel.
  2. 2. Cut the meat into bite-sized cubes.
  3. 3. Season the meat cubes with salt, pepper, and paprika powder.
  4. 4. Add one tablespoon of oil (e.g., rapeseed oil) to the cooking basket of the Actifry with the stirrer arm.
  5. 5. Add the seasoned chicken meat to the cooking basket.
  6. 6. Preheat the Actifry to 180 °C and fry the meat for 10 minutes.
  7. 7. Peel an onion and cut it into small cubes.
  8. 8. Add the onion cubes to the meat after the 10 minutes.
  9. 9. Set the timer for another 3 minutes and let the onions cook along.
  10. 10. Cut a bell pepper into small pieces.
  11. 11. Slice mushrooms into slices.
  12. 12. Add the pepper and mushroom pieces to the meat and onions.
  13. 13. Set the timer to 7 to 8 minutes and let the vegetables cook.
  14. 14. Add pureed tomatoes and some broth to the cooking basket.
  15. 15. Let everything simmer together for 8 minutes.
  16. 16. Cut feta cheese into small cubes.
  17. 17. Add the feta cheese to the dish after the 8 minutes.
  18. 18. Let the cheese melt for approx. 7 minutes until a creamy sauce forms.
  19. 19. Serve the dish with rice, Ebly, or potatoes.
