🍕 Crispy Pizza Muffins from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 350 g flour
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 200 ml milk
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- optional herbs (e.g. oregano, basil)
- 0.5 bell pepper (diced)
- olives, black (sliced)
- 100 g Gouda (grated)
Instructions
- 1. Mix flour, dry yeast, salt, and your chosen herbs in a large bowl.
- 2. Add the egg, milk, and olive oil to the bowl.
- 3. Knead everything into a smooth, soft dough.
- 4. Dice the bell pepper and black olives into small cubes.
- 5. Fold the peppers, olives, and some of the grated cheese into the dough.
- 6. Divide the dough into 10 equal-sized balls.
- 7. Place the dough balls into muffin cups.
- 8. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C.
- 9. Place the muffins into the air fryer basket.
- 10. Bake the muffins at 180 °C for 10 minutes.
- 11. Remove the muffins briefly and sprinkle fresh cheese on top.
- 12. Put them back in the fryer and bake for another 10 minutes at 180 °C until golden brown.
- 13. Take a break and enjoy your pizza muffins.
