🍽️ Creamy Turkey Curry from the Actifry 2in1

Ingredients
- 500 g turkey breast
- 2 onion(s)
- 1 tbsp rapeseed oil (Actifry spoon)
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 500 ml chicken broth
- 1 container crème fraîche (approx. 150 - 200 g)
- 100 g yogurt
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the turkey breast under running water.
- 2. Cut the meat into bite-sized cubes.
- 3. Add one tablespoon of oil to the cooking bowl of the Actifry.
- 4. Preheat the Actifry to 180 °C.
- 5. Add the turkey cubes to the cooking bowl.
- 6. Sear the meat for 10 minutes.
- 7. Peel the onions while waiting.
- 8. Dice the onions finely.
- 9. Add the onions to the meat after 10 minutes.
- 10. Sear everything together for another 5 minutes.
- 11. Add the flour, tomato paste, and curry powder.
- 12. Deglaze everything with the chicken broth.
- 13. Stir the mixture well with a wooden spoon.
- 14. Let the curry cook for 10 minutes.
- 15. Stir in the crème fraîche and the yogurt.
- 16. Warm the sauce for 2 to 4 minutes.
- 17. Season the dish with salt and pepper to taste.
- 18. Serve the curry with potatoes or rice.
