  2. 2. Cut the meat into bite-sized cubes.
  3. 3. Add one tablespoon of oil to the cooking bowl of the Actifry.
  4. 4. Preheat the Actifry to 180 °C.
  5. 5. Add the turkey cubes to the cooking bowl.
  6. 6. Sear the meat for 10 minutes.
  7. 7. Peel the onions while waiting.
  8. 8. Dice the onions finely.
  9. 9. Add the onions to the meat after 10 minutes.
  10. 10. Sear everything together for another 5 minutes.
  11. 11. Add the flour, tomato paste, and curry powder.
  12. 12. Deglaze everything with the chicken broth.
  13. 13. Stir the mixture well with a wooden spoon.
  14. 14. Let the curry cook for 10 minutes.
  15. 15. Stir in the crème fraîche and the yogurt.
  16. 16. Warm the sauce for 2 to 4 minutes.
  17. 17. Season the dish with salt and pepper to taste.
  18. 18. Serve the curry with potatoes or rice.
