🍰 Fluffy Egg Liqueur Muffins from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 100 g Butter
- 4 Eggs
- 1 pkg. Vanilla Sugar
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 100 ml Egg Liqueur
- 120 g Flour
- 1 pkg. Baking Powder
- Chocolate Sprinkles (or Chocolate Chips)
Instructions
- 1. Separate the eggs. Whip the egg whites until stiff and keep them cold.
- 2. Beat the butter until creamy. Add the egg yolks and sugar with vanilla sugar. Mix flour and baking powder. Stir in the flour mixture and egg liqueur alternately. Gently fold in the egg whites.
- 3. Fill the batter into silicone muffin cups (about 3/4 full). Place the cups in the snack basket of the air fryer. Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C and bake the muffins for 10 minutes until crispy.
