  1. 1. Add all ingredients one by one into a medium-sized bowl.
  2. 2. Mix the ingredients using an electric hand mixer with dough hooks or by hand.
  3. 3. If the mixture still looks crumbly, take it out and knead it briefly.
  4. 4. If necessary, add a little more water or flour until the dough is slightly sticky.
  5. 5. Shape the dough into an even loaf.
  6. 6. Preheat the air fryer to 165 °C.
  7. 7. Place the loaf in the air fryer and bake it for 50 minutes.
  8. 8. Check on the bread occasionally and brush it with a little water.
  9. 9. Make sure the bread turns dark brown, but do not let it burn black.
  10. 10. Check for doneness by tapping the bottom of the bread.
  11. 11. If it sounds hollow, the bread is done.
  12. 12. If it does not sound hollow, bake it for a few more minutes.
  13. 13. Alternatively, you can bake the bread in a conventional oven at 180 °C.
