🍽️ Quick Bread from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 3 Eggs
- 250 g Quark
- 1.5 tsp Salt
- to taste Bread spice mix
- 100 g Spelt flour (maybe more)
- 70 g Psyllium seeds (or flaxseeds)
- 30 g Poppy seeds
- 30 g Green wheat groats (wheat groats or oat groats)
- 1.5 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 tsp Vinegar (feel free to try different flavors)
- 50 g Sunflower seeds
- to taste Water
Instructions
- 1. Add all ingredients one by one into a medium-sized bowl.
- 2. Mix the ingredients using an electric hand mixer with dough hooks or by hand.
- 3. If the mixture still looks crumbly, take it out and knead it briefly.
- 4. If necessary, add a little more water or flour until the dough is slightly sticky.
- 5. Shape the dough into an even loaf.
- 6. Preheat the air fryer to 165 °C.
- 7. Place the loaf in the air fryer and bake it for 50 minutes.
- 8. Check on the bread occasionally and brush it with a little water.
- 9. Make sure the bread turns dark brown, but do not let it burn black.
- 10. Check for doneness by tapping the bottom of the bread.
- 11. If it sounds hollow, the bread is done.
- 12. If it does not sound hollow, bake it for a few more minutes.
- 13. Alternatively, you can bake the bread in a conventional oven at 180 °C.
