Ingredients
- 250 ml rapeseed oil
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1 tsp mustard
- 3 clove garlic
Instructions
- 1. Make sure that all ingredients are at approximately the same temperature.
- 2. Puree the egg, vinegar, sugar, salt, mustard, and garlic using a hand blender. Slowly add the rapeseed oil and blend until the mixture becomes firm and stiff.
