  2. 2. Mix the dry yeast evenly into the flour.
  3. 3. Add the agave syrup and oil to the bowl.
  4. 4. Pour in about 1/8 liter of lukewarm water.
  5. 5. Knead everything into a smooth dough.
  6. 6. If the dough feels too firm, knein in a little more water.
  7. 7. Add the walnuts, cranberries, and sunflower seeds to the dough.
  8. 8. Add the salt, fennel, and cumin as well.
  9. 9. Knead the ingredients well into the dough.
  10. 10. Cover the bowl and place it in a warm spot.
  11. 11. Let the dough rise for 30 minutes.
  12. 12. Grease a 20-centimeter loaf pan.
  13. 13. Transfer the dough into the prepared pan.
  14. 14. Cover the pan and let the dough rise for another 40 minutes.
  15. 15. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C.
  16. 16. Place the dough in the air fryer basket.
  17. 17. Bake the bread for 5 minutes at 200 °C.
  18. 18. Lower the temperature to 180 °C.
  19. 19. Bake the bread for another 55 minutes at 180 °C.
  20. 20. Brush the bread with water occasionally during baking.
