  1. 1. Wash the chicken and cut it into four equal pieces. Remove the neck and the backbone completely.
  2. 2. Lightly season the chicken pieces with salt.
  3. 3. Beat the eggs in a shallow bowl or on a plate until they are creamy.
  4. 4. Prepare three separate plates or shallow bowls: one with flour, one with the beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.
  5. 5. Coat each chicken piece first in the flour, shake off excess flour, and place it in the egg mixture.
  6. 6. Take the chicken piece out of the egg mixture and roll it vigorously in the breadcrumbs until it is completely covered.
  7. 7. Place the breaded chicken pieces into the basket of the air fryer.
  8. 8. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C and cook the chicken pieces for 20 minutes.
  9. 9. Lightly spray the chicken pieces with oil during the cooking time to give them a nice golden-brown color.
  10. 10. Remove the chicken pieces directly from the fryer after cooking and serve them hot immediately.
