🍽️ Crispy Chicken Quarters from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 1 chicken (fresh, ready for the kitchen)
- salt
- 2 egg(s)
- 3 tbsp, heaping flour
- 1 splash rapeseed oil
- 3 tbsp, heaping breadcrumbs
Instructions
- 1. Wash the chicken and cut it into four equal pieces. Remove the neck and the backbone completely.
- 2. Lightly season the chicken pieces with salt.
- 3. Beat the eggs in a shallow bowl or on a plate until they are creamy.
- 4. Prepare three separate plates or shallow bowls: one with flour, one with the beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.
- 5. Coat each chicken piece first in the flour, shake off excess flour, and place it in the egg mixture.
- 6. Take the chicken piece out of the egg mixture and roll it vigorously in the breadcrumbs until it is completely covered.
- 7. Place the breaded chicken pieces into the basket of the air fryer.
- 8. Preheat the air fryer to 200 °C and cook the chicken pieces for 20 minutes.
- 9. Lightly spray the chicken pieces with oil during the cooking time to give them a nice golden-brown color.
- 10. Remove the chicken pieces directly from the fryer after cooking and serve them hot immediately.
